2. Work your abs. A good exercise for your abs is leg-lifts. Sit on the edge of a chair, keeping your legs together, slowly lift your them up as high as you can – keeping your abs flexed tight throughout the movement. Do 3 sets of 10 repetitions. Trust me, you will feel the burn.
3. To lose weight, you must burn off more calories than you consume each day. Do not starve yourself. Your body needs good foods to keep your metabolism going to burn fat naturally. Do not make the mistake many people make. You should be eating about 4 – 5 smaller meals each day. A rule of thumb for weight loss, the approximate number of calories consumed per day should be as follows: women 1400 – 1800 and men 2200 – 2700.
